Victorian inspired tutorial

This week on YOURGLAMSQUAD we did your favorite time period. I choose the Victorian time period. I really love the movie The duchess. SO this is a very simple look that i came up with inspired by the movie.

* grab your Naked Palette from Urban Decay

1.)We are going to grab virgin 

And apply this all over your eye lid

2.) grab naked 

  

and apply this on the rest of your eye so that means your brow bone, crease and so forth ( not on top of  the virgin)

3.) grab buck 

 

and apply this on your eye bone and a little in your crease, but mostly on your bone.

* add your favorite mascara add one coat.  I used Lash Stiletto mascara in black

*add some blush to your apples of your checks I used dream mousse blush in pink frosting

* add a darker color on top of that if you are using mousse. I used wet&wild blush in heather slik

 * add a pink lip stick but it has to be light not so pop out there. I used Jordana easy lip shine in raspberry and a Ross Lip stick that has no name.

They used a lot of powder, to have a flawless face. SO this is the time to use your powder. What I did for my face was

dream smooth mousse

Jordana flawless pressed powder
wet&wild everything under the sun (bronzer) I used a bronzer to make my face look  skinner

Review on NYC Lip Stain

REVIEW TIME
NYC LIP STAIN 

I picked this up at my local Target and I fell in love with the min. I used it 

it. The best part about it is that I didn't have to spend a whole lot on it. If i was to round it off 5 dollars and that isn't going to break the bank. The way it is set up is okay not so much loving the size of it due to I would love to be able to carry it in my pocket, sometimes I just like to take my money and lip stick and put them in my pocket instead of carrying around my purse. Even though it is big, and I have to carry this in my purse or makeup bag I would still buy it again. The great part about it is that it won't open in your bag, the lid is kind of hard to pull off, but not in the way your like "oh my God come off" it's nothing like that. This would be a good thing just because I really hate when my lip stick lids come off and get all over my bag.  

* stayed on for 5 hours without lip gloss
* stayed on for about 3-4 hours with lip gloss
*doesn't have a smell
*easy to build up color
*have any different colors in the lip stain
* only 5 dollars if you round it off
*easy to apply 
*fast dry

Dr. Seuss Are you my mother

This week on (YourGamSquad)  we did Dr. Seuss looks. I don't know about you, but I love all the books from Dr. Seuss. We had so much fun doing this looks at least it was for me. It made me think back in the day when my mom would read Cat and the hat to me before bed. Its my turn to do the same thing with my kids. So when they told me that we were doing this theme this week. I went straight for my sons favorite book he loves us to read to him.. You ready for the book's name can you guess... I'll wait a few seconds for you to think about it..........................................................  Ok Ok look at the side for the book no need to get all lost in your head.  So the book is Are You my mother.. So Love this book.. So here is my look I did.

L.A. Colors Series: Southern Belle

So i just started a Series using L.A. Colors the news ones that just came out. I really like these colors are they are super soft and have great color even without primer. Here is the look i came up with Southern Belle

♥ Spring tutorial ♥ using the Urban Decay ( the bamboo one)

I love how this came out Something bright, but not too bright. This was a really easy look to do

So products your going to need to make this look are:

• Urban Decay ( the bamboo one)
  colors i'm using from here are:
• Flipside
• twice backed
• grifter
• U2I

• Eyeliner is Stary from Ross
• Eyeliner is Rimmel London in jet black 061
• Mascara is revlon black 002
• urban decay primer

Let me know if you ever try this out. And remember you don't have to use these colors you can always use colors that look like these.

Madd Style Cosmetics First Impressions

So I finally bought some Madd Cosmetics last week. I am really happy with what I bought. After watching bethbr00tality' ( http://www.youtube.com/user/bethbr00tality )from youtube seeing all the colors that she uses made me finally buy some. The products from Madd Cosmetics are so freaking pretty and great prices.  I paid no more then 20 dollars and that's with shipping so that's really good. I bought the LOVE AND HATE vegan shadow collection for 15.00 and 3 dollars for shipping and then I entered a code. That's another good thing Mo is always having code and a special going on. Love it!!! So the colors that I got were:

♥ TIL DEATH: a pretty bubblegum pink with lots of pink and purple glitter.
♥ REVENGE: a frosty, silvery purple with viloet glitter.
♥ LUST: a very coral pink with silver and pink glitter.
♥ KISS WITH A FIST: a transparent white that is BURSTING with pink glitz and iridescense. Makes for a wonderful highlight.
♥ HEARTBREAKER: a pink toned purple with silver, blue and pink glitter.

And omg did I love it. 

Package was good, Loved how she had fragile on it that made me feel really good about it. And plus I love the tape!!!( that was cute..)

So I will be ordering from then really soon, and plus shipping was 'bout 4 days so really good..

some products run from 3 - 5 in price. She also has some great little sets like the one I bought.
